Steps to make 绿豆糕

  • 1.去皮绿豆浸泡一晚,上电饭锅蒸饭模式蒸熟,泡了一个晚上,绿豆就不用加水去蒸了。
  • 2.蒸好之后趁热加入白糖两勺,搅拌均勻。
  • 3.用勺子将绿豆泥压烂。
  • 4.放入料理机搅拌成细泥。
  • 5.准备好2一3块黄油。
  • 6.把绿豆泥倒入奶锅中。
  • 7.把黄油块倒入绿豆泥中,开火用勺子不停的搅拌,以防糊锅,让黄泥慢慢融化在绿豆泥中,用勺子不停的翻动绿豆泥。
  • 8.炒至绿豆泥能结成团,粘在勺子上掉不下来的程度,倒出晾凉放入冰箱冷藏更好压造型,把绿豆揉成大小一至的丸子。
  • 9.放入模具压成形,我在里面还可以加了蔓越莓。
  • 10.一款夏日的点心就做好了,大家可以在里面放抹茶粉更是别有一番风味。
