自制芝麻酱
买了好多年的芝麻酱,特别是最近几年,越来越贵,稍便宜点的吧,就是混合的,里边加了花生,它哪有纯芝麻的香啊。孩子爱吃芝麻酱饼,大人又爱涮锅,拌凉菜也少不了,一大瓶没多长时间就没了,有时候也想过要不要自己做些,长草了好久终于拔了!

其实呢,芝麻酱的关键一步就是炒芝麻,不能半生、不能过火,炒到微黄又熟透就可以了,实在拿不准的可以尝尝,炒好的芝麻做出来的酱才够香!

Steps to make 自制芝麻酱

  • 1.白芝麻提前洗净晾干
  • 2.放入锅里小火炒
  • 3. 炒熟、炒到颜色微黄
  • 4.倒入摊开凉透
  • 5.倒入破壁机,用酱料功能
  • 6.边打边用破壁机自带的搅拌棒往下压,芝麻打碎
  • 7.倒入香油
  • 8.再用酱料功能打到非常细腻顺滑就可以了,装瓶储存。
