超级好吃酥脆的苏打饼
第一次上传菜谱,以前都是在美食上跟别人学习。这款饼干简单易学,酥脆可口,最主要是我一直喜欢苏打饼的口感。

  • 面粉200g
  • 牛奶100g
  • 玉米油40g
  • 酵母1g
  • 小苏打1g
  • 1/3勺
  • 面粉60g
  • 玉米油20g
  • 1/5勺

Steps to make 超级好吃酥脆的苏打饼

  • 1.将温热的牛奶称好,再称入1g酵母,稍微搅拌,静置10分钟
  • 2.称好面粉
  • 3.面粉中依次加入盐、小苏打
  • 4.将玉米油和步骤1中的液体倒入面粉中,和成面团,盖上保鲜膜,发酵至两倍大
  • 5.另取一容器,将油酥中的材料称好,和成油酥备用
  • 6.将发酵好的面团分成2份,油酥也分成两份
  • 7.将面团擀成长方形,然后对折,如此重复三次(好吧技术不好没能擀成长方形)。
  • 8.将之前分好的油酥均匀铺在擀好的面皮右边
  • 9.将面皮左边叠过来封好口,再将其擀成长方形,重复叠三次
  • 10.最后将其擀成1CM左右的薄片,用勺子均匀的叉上小孔,整理成想要的形状后静置十分钟,烤盘刷油,将面片平铺在烤盘上
  • 11.烤箱预热,150度烤6分钟后,调头再烤5分钟。(每个人的烤箱不一样,自己找合适的温度吧,我的烤箱很小,受热也不均匀,这个量我要烤4次才能烤完)
  • 12.剩下的面团和油酥按照上述步骤继续做,好吃的苏打饼就做成了,相当酥脆哦
