酥脆香甜吐司底水果披萨
随着生活越来越好,食品越来越丰富,烘焙也越来越被年轻人所喜爱。况且披萨作为快餐美食,又美味又手,对上班族来说真的是非常友好。
不过大多数江渐沪地区的美女们都不太爱揉面吧?因为我们这边不以面食为主食,面食只是偶而换换花样,点缀生活的食物。又想吃披萨又不想揉面还不想买,有什么办法吗?
吐司片是个很好的替代品。吐司本身比较柔软,烤过后又很酥脆,搭配香甜的水果和奶香浓郁的奶酪,更好吃!
偷偷地说一句,吐司底披萨真的是消耗失败吐司最佳选择,我这次的吐司,就是面团发过头了,组织非常粗糙,但是做披萨底,又酥松又香脆,美味!

  • 芒果半个
  • 车厘子4个
  • 片状奶酪2片
  • 马苏里拉奶酪约50克
  • 蛋黄酱1大勺(甜沙拉酱)

Steps to make 酥脆香甜吐司底水果披萨

  • 1.准备食材,芒果去皮去核切小方块,车厘子对半切开去核。
  • 2.吐司片切去四边,修成方形。我这个吐司二发时发过头,孔洞较大,不适宜擀扁了,正常的吐司片可以擀一擀,如果吐司片比较干了可以喷点水雾,不太容易烤焦。
  • 3.把蛋黄酱或沙拉酱涂抹在吐司片上。
  • 4.盖上片状奶酪。
  • 5.铺上水果丁。
  • 6.撒上满满的马苏里拉奶酪。
  • 7.烤箱预热上下火180℃10分钟,批萨放中上层烤10~15分钟,马苏里拉奶酪溶化即可出炉。烤箱可在动手前预热。
