Steps to make 柠檬凤爪

  • 1.将鸡爪去掉指甲,从中一分为二进行改刀。
  • 2.小米椒切丁,蒜切末,生姜切片,柠檬切片。
  • 3.刚改刀好的鸡爪,冷水下过锅,
  • 4.锅内加入少许的盐,姜片、料酒大火烧开,撇去浮沫煮15分钟。
  • 5.将煮好的凤爪捞出冷水头投凉,多清洗几遍,控干水分。
  • 6.将煮好的凤爪放入盆内,加入适量的盐,酱油,白糖,蒜,小米椒,辣椒油(不爱吃辣椒的朋友可以加香油),柠檬片搅拌均匀。
  • 7.放入冷藏冰箱腌制6到12个小时就可以食用啦。
