Steps to make 鸭血粉丝汤

  • 1.粉丝用温水泡软备用。
  • 2.木耳提前泡发好洗净,切成小块备用。
  • 3.香菇洗净提前泡发好,切成薄片备用。
  • 4.鸭血备好。
  • 5.鸭血清洗一下,切成小块放入锅中加少许盐焯水两分钟。
  • 6.姜丝备好。
  • 7.香葱切碎备用,葱白,葱花分开放。
  • 8.热锅冷油,下入葱白,姜丝煸香。
  • 9.放入焯好的鸭血翻炒,加入适量盐炒匀。
  • 10.放入适量清水及泡发香菇的水,木耳,香菇放入先煮五分钟。
  • 11.放入豆皮煮一分钟。
  • 12.放入泡软的粉丝煮开,调入适量胡椒粉,鸡精调味。
  • 13.葱花放入即可出锅。
