不用烤箱,轻松做出零失败的枸杞花生糖

Steps to make 不用烤箱,轻松做出零失败的枸杞花生糖

  • 1.准备好食材。
  • 2.花生入锅炒熟,稍微晾凉后剥去花生衣,然后撵成花生碎。
  • 3.开小火,黑芝麻直接入锅炒熟(有芝麻在锅里跳就代表熟了)。
  • 4.冷锅下油,油温五成热时下白糖,翻炒一下后加水熬糖。
  • 5.小火熬白糖,用锅铲一直搅拌,直至全部融化(糖浆呈棕色)。
  • 6.加入花生碎,放入黑芝麻,再加入枸杞。
  • 7.搅拌均匀。
  • 8.搅拌均匀后放入容器内,趁热按压紧实(可提前在容器内铺保鲜膜,这样比较容易倒出)。
  • 9.随后倒出,根据个人喜好切成小块即可,稍微放凉不烫手了就切成小块,如果完全放凉了再切容易碎。
