做菜时加入五彩缤纷的蔬菜不仅让人赏心悦目,还会增加食欲。对于挑食的小朋友将他平时不喜欢的蔬菜添加到米饭中,加入他喜欢的肉松和海苔,再改变一下形状,当平常的食物以全新的面貌出现在餐桌时,带来的是视觉和味觉上的双重享受。

Steps to make 肉松彩蔬杂粮饭团

  • 1.杂粮米饭一碗。(大黄米和粳米混合煮)
  • 2.所有蔬菜和火腿都切丁。
  • 3.锅中放底油,下入洋葱翻炒。
  • 4.洋葱炒出香味后放入胡萝卜丁。
  • 5.随后下入彩椒丁,翻炒均匀。
  • 6.最后将打散的米饭和火腿丁下入锅内,快速翻炒。调入少许盐和生抽。
  • 7.带一次性手套,将米饭铺入手掌,中间放肉松,再盖一层米饭,稍微用点力将米饭在两掌心中团成球状。顶部点缀点肉松和海苔。
