回婆婆家过春节,第一天就安排我做了这道菜,尽管我不是东北银,但在婆婆的亲临指挥下也做出了正宗小鸡炖蘑菇,套用我家先森的原话。

  • 老抽1勺
  • 白糖1勺

  • 1.准备食材,榛蘑温水泡两个小时
  • 2.锅内放油,加入葱姜大料和桂皮爆香
  • 3.放入鸡块大火爆炒
  • 4.将水分基本炒干
  • 5.加入生抽、老抽、糖、料酒炒匀
  • 6.加入开水烧开
  • 7.把鸡全部倒入电饭锅中
  • 8.电饭煲选择炖汤模式,全程90分钟
  • 9.炖至60分钟时加入榛蘑,还剩10分钟时加入盐至电饭煲的程序结束
  • 10.开盖装碗即可食用
