Steps to make 糖珠圣诞树杯蛋糕

  • 1.备好所用材料。
  • 2.将蛋清分离出,分次加入糖打至发泡。
  • 3.发泡的状态是这个样子得,细而且能挂一个勾。
  • 4.再将柠檬用细盐洗好,刨下柠檬皮。加到在蛋白糊里。
  • 5.再分次加入蛋黄,提高打蛋器的速度,打至融合。
  • 6.再分次过筛加入低粉。
  • 7.拌至无干粉装后,装入带托的模具里。
  • 8.入烤箱170度,烤制20分钟即可。
  • 9.淡奶油里加入糖粉及色素,打发好后备用。
  • 10.将淡奶油装入裱花袋里。
  • 11.挤在小蛋糕上面。
  • 12.再用糖球来装点一下即可。
