香烤鳗鱼
挺喜欢吃日式料理店里的烤鳗鱼,自己在网上查了下做法,便做来试试,烤出来挺香,色泽很红亮,味道也错,只是吃起来口感有一点韧,没有店里面那么软,再复查了下做法,有朋友说要蒸一下,可能我是缺了这一步吧,下次蒸一下会不会更好吃呢。

    Steps to make 香烤鳗鱼

    • 1.调料准备好,鳗鱼去骨去内脏切薄片(我是请鱼贩帮我去骨切片的,切的大小不一,好丑)
    • 2.鳗鱼片加入生抽、老抽、红糖、姜汁、米醋、一点胡椒粉拌匀
    • 3.然后腌制2小时
    • 4.腌制好的鳗鱼放入烤盘,烤箱预热200度,烤20分钟左右,然后拿出来刷一层汁,再烤5分钟
    • 5.将腌鳗鱼的汁,倒入锅中,小火烧至浓稠冒泡
    • 6.随后倒在烤好的鳗鱼上就可以了
