提子西瓜布丁
暂时没有步骤图,但是做法容易,简单上手,口感很Q弹,带有奶香味,可用于居家休闲下午茶甜品。

  • 西瓜少量(个人口味添加)
  • 红提子(青提也可以)15颗

Steps to make 提子西瓜布丁

  • 1.一包75g的布丁粉,放大概450ml的水,第一步,用奶锅放450ml的凉水,煮至90度左右,然后准备提子,剥皮,切成小块。
  • 2.水开后,放入布丁粉,搅拌,可以用搅蛋器来搅拌,这样就不会有结块的了,可以搅拌的很均匀,放一边晾5-7分钟左右,然后放入准备好的提子丁。
  • 3.提子丁放入锅中后,分装至容器,记得把底部的提子丁也分量放入容器,,晾凉后,放入冰箱冷藏即可,成型后为类似于果冻状,可在上面按照自己的喜好添加西瓜丁或者其他,冷冻后口味更佳,希望你喜欢!
