  • 1.准备好食材:黄油放室温软化,鸡蛋(常温)打散,香蕉去皮压成泥,低粉加泡打粉、小苏打混合过筛,称量好酸奶、红糖、巧克力豆
  • 2.室温软化的黄油打软
  • 3.加红糖打发
  • 4.分次加入蛋液
  • 5.每加一次至蛋液完全吸收再加下一次
  • 6.按1/4过筛的面粉-1/2香蕉泥-1/4面粉-1/2香蕉泥-1/4面粉-酸奶-1/4面粉+大部分巧克力豆的顺序依次加入食材,每加一次,翻拌均匀后再加下一次。如图,加入1/4面粉(第一个1/4面粉)
  • 7.加1/2香蕉泥,拌匀后加1/4面粉拌匀(第二个1/4面粉),再加1/2香蕉泥拌匀,再加1/4面粉拌匀(第三个1/4面粉)
  • 8.加酸奶,拌匀
  • 9.加1/4面粉(第4个1/4面粉),大部分巧克力豆
  • 10.拌匀
  • 11.分装到模具里,八分满即可
  • 12.表面撒余下的巧克力豆
  • 13.入预热好的180度烤箱中层,上下火,烤20分钟左右,牙签插入玛芬中不粘料即烤熟
