  • 1.准备材料,鸡蛋打散备用。
  • 2.一汤匙淀粉适量盐加入蛋液中打匀,荠菜切段加入蛋液中。
  • 3.锅中抹油,淋入蛋液
  • 4.待底面成熟从一边卷起蛋饼
  • 5.蛋卷卷到锅的一端放在那里,再抹油淋入鸡蛋液
  • 6.待饼底成熟再卷起蛋卷,卷到头
  • 7.再抹油淋蛋液,底面成熟再卷蛋卷。如此反复,知道鸡蛋液淋完,蛋卷两面金黄就可以出锅了。
  • 8.放在案板上把蛋卷切成段。
  • 9.装盘即成
  • 10.可以吃了。
