  • 1.准备好食材。

  • 5.把三黄鸡去膛洗净,斩成块。
  • 6.下入开水中焯水后沥干水分。

  • 8.再加入葱姜炒香。
  • 9.下入焯水的鸡块翻炒,炒至肉块3-4成熟。
  • 10.烹入料酒,加入柠檬片 生抽 糖 盐和清水,大火烧开。
  • 11.将锅中的所用食材倒入火锅中。加热。
  • 12.加热,待肉熟后,就可以加入自己喜欢的食材即涮即食。
