粉桃罐头
肥城桃子最著名的是佛桃,貌似佛桃的上市日期在中秋节前后。目前还没上市,不知道当地人又弄出来啥品种,做出来的桃子罐头粉嘟嘟的,就叫粉桃罐头吧。

  • 1.肥城桃子。
  • 2.洗净。
  • 3.削皮,放不粘锅里。
  • 4.桃子单独。
  • 5.锅里加水和冰糖。
  • 6.桃子切厚片。
  • 7.柠檬洗净切开,去籽。
  • 8.桃子放锅里,挤入柠檬汁。
  • 9.煮至冰糖溶化。
  • 10.开锅煮5~8分钟。
  • 11.捞出桃子。
  • 12.捞出桃子皮。
  • 13.只要煮桃子的水。
  • 14.把汁水放桃子里即可。
  • 15.这是热的。
  • 16.放冰箱冷藏几小时。
  • 17.成品。
