Steps to make 蓝莓枸杞酸奶

  • 1.将主材料备齐:牛奶两瓶,亚麻籽油,益生菌粉一包,酸奶内盆和勺子一个(内盆和勺子必须用开水烫过,保证干净无油无水)。
  • 2.将牛奶倒入盆中。
  • 3.将益生菌粉倒入牛奶盆中。
  • 4.搅匀。
  • 5.放入酸奶机。插上电,等待8个小时。我是晚上做的。第二天早上刚刚做好。
  • 6.早上起来一看,做的挺好的酸奶
  • 7.将酸奶放入碗中
  • 8.倒入少量亚麻籽油
  • 9.亚麻籽油色泽金黄,加适量白糖
  • 10.加入蓝莓和枸杞干,搅匀即可食用了。十分美味。
