富贵花开层层高(煮塔菜)
塔菜,又称菊花脑。本地通常称其为塌棵菜,可能是因为叶子是乌青色的,其形状扁塌,微微有点苦味(沪语棵和苦同音)而命名吧。
塔菜富含蛋白质、脂肪、维生素等。一般人都能食用的。

Steps to make 富贵花开层层高(煮塔菜)

  • 1.塔菜,大小两株。
  • 2.小白菇,一小盒(超市的包装)。
  • 3.油豆腐,三个;胡萝卜,半个。
  • 4.小白菇,大的撕条,入淘米水浸泡一会儿。
  • 5.塔菜去老叶,用淘米水浸泡一下。
  • 6.油豆腐切对角,胡萝卜切片。
  • 7.捞起塔菜冲洗干净后切成四瓣。
  • 8.油下锅一勺。
  • 9.下塔菜快炒后盛出(为的是缩短塔菜煮的时间,保持颜色和营养)。
  • 10.胡萝卜先下油锅,小白菇冲洗干净也一起下锅快炒。
  • 11.倒入油豆腐,加少许食盐和水一起煮开。
  • 12.重新加入炒过的塔菜煮开。
  • 13.关火,加少许味精即可。
  • 14.出锅装盘上桌。
