自制酸奶
自制酸奶需用近期纯牛奶与酸奶发酵剂恢复至室温的温度,酸奶机内胆用开水充分冲烫消毒,自制酸奶用料及制作简单便捷,酸奶富含蛋白质、乳酸菌、钙等营养物质、且营养丰富。

Steps to make 自制酸奶

  • 1.近期从冰箱取出4袋纯牛奶,恢复室温温度。
  • 2.昨晚上8:20分才有时间自制酸奶,将纯牛奶倒入无油无水的不锈钢盆中,再倒入1g牛奶发酵剂。
  • 3.将纯牛奶与酸奶发酵剂搅拌均匀。
  • 4.将内胆放入酸奶机中。
  • 5.加盖后,按“酸奶”键,显示需要8小时。
  • 6.8小时后打开盖子(今天早上到点了)。
  • 7.取出自制的酸奶。
  • 8.蓝莓果准备用于点缀用。
  • 9.草莓用于点缀用。
  • 10.将草莓切成粒状。
  • 11.随意点缀吧。
  • 12.将草莓碎上面放上草莓片,蓝莓果小绿叶片随意点缀,自制酸奶便轻松做好了。
