泰式芒果糯米饭--东南亚的异国美食
前阵子朋友去泰国游玩
回来就说芒果糯米饭特别好吃
这次就做了简单的东南亚美食-
芒果糯米饭

嗯,经朋友权威认证
味道基本和在泰国吃的一致
就是这小小一碗根本不够吃啊

  • 糯米150g
  • 椰浆120ml
  • 白砂糖15g
  • 2.5g
  • 芒果1个

Steps to make 泰式芒果糯米饭--东南亚的异国美食

  • 1.150g糯米用冷水浸泡一晚,如果用泰国正宗的糯米会更香
  • 2.大火蒸35-40分钟
  • 3.蒸糯米的时候可以做伴在糯米饭里的椰浆。小锅里加入椰浆
  • 4.加入糖,盐
  • 5.小火加热到边缘冒泡就可以啦
  • 6.糯米蒸好以后把煮好的椰浆倒进去
  • 7.拌一下,10分钟左右椰浆就全部被吸到饭里了,吃起来还是有糯米香的,这是芒果糯米饭的精髓,不要用椰浆来煮糯米,那样糯米的香味就吃不到了。
  • 8.借助保鲜膜把糯米饭团成小球,真的好少一个饭团-0-
  • 9.芒果切开后划十字刀,取果肉
  • 10.芒果摆盘,装饰黑芝麻
