紫薯渐变布丁杯
深深浅浅的紫色布丁杯,颜色浪漫又神秘,炎热的夏天来一杯,冰凉又舒爽。

  • 紫薯泥110克
  • 白糖21克
  • 吉利丁片1.5片(7.5克)

Steps to make 紫薯渐变布丁杯

  • 1.先将半片(2.5克)吉利丁片冷水泡软,如果屋里温度太高的话用冰水浸泡。
  • 2.将60克酸奶、40克淡奶油和7克白糖放入大碗中,搅拌均匀。
  • 3.将泡软的吉利丁片取出放入碗中,进行隔水加热至吉利丁片完全融化,取出晾凉。
  • 4.将玻璃杯倾斜放在小碗中,并用餐巾纸进行固定,找好角度,将晾凉的液体倒入量杯中,再慢慢倒入玻璃杯中,然后连同小碗一起放入冰箱冷藏4小时左右至完全凝固。
  • 5.一个紫薯去皮蒸熟后,加少许凉开水用料理机打成紫薯泥。
  • 6.再次提前冷水浸泡半片吉利丁片,大碗中加入30克酸奶、30克淡奶油、45克紫薯泥、7克白糖搅拌均匀。
  • 7.将提前浸泡的半片吉利丁片捞出放入碗中,进行隔水加热至吉利丁片完全融化,然后取出晾凉。
  • 8.将玻璃杯从冰箱取出,换个角度固定好,淡紫色的布丁液体倒入量杯中,再慢慢倒入玻璃杯中,第二次放入冰箱冷藏4小时左右至完全凝固。
  • 9.同样提前冷水浸泡半片吉利丁片,大碗中加入40克酸奶、65克紫薯泥、7克白糖搅拌均匀,加入泡软的吉利丁片进行隔水加热至吉利丁片完全融化,然后取出晾凉。
  • 10.将玻璃杯从冰箱取出,紫色布丁液倒入量杯后再倒入玻璃杯中,最后一次放入冰箱冷藏4小时至完全凝固。
