鸡蛋辣椒闷子
儿时的记忆,妈妈经常做的一道菜,蒸上一碗鸡蛋辣椒闷子,再蒸上两个茄子和土豆,水灵灵的大绿茄子,起砂甘面的土豆,再拌上辣椒闷子酱,香辣香辣的,太下饭了,这是一道东北人都会做的最简单的菜,特别适合夏天吃,清爽不油腻,我们这边都爱吃。

  • 红绿辣椒3个
  • 大葱1颗
  • 生抽酱油1匙
  • 色拉油2匙
  • 温水60g

Steps to make 鸡蛋辣椒闷子

  • 1.准备好所需食材。
  • 2.红绿辣椒切小粒,葱切葱花。
  • 3.三个鸡蛋打入深盘中。
  • 4.加色拉油,生抽酱油,黄豆酱。
  • 5.再加入60克温水,搅拌开。
  • 6.加入辣椒粒和葱花搅拌一下。
  • 7.放入蒸锅,盘子上面盖上保鲜膜,或者盘子,防止水蒸气进入,再盖上锅盖,蒸15分钟。
  • 8.蒸好后用筷子扎一下,都秘凝固了就熟了。
  • 9.可以拌饭,我们这边都是蒸茄子土豆,再拌上这个辣椒闷子,非常下饭。
