  • 无盐黄油170 克
  • 红糖3/4 杯

  • 玉米粉2茶勺
  • 烘焙小苏打1茶勺
  • 1/2茶勺
  • 巧克力3/4 杯
  • 干蔓越莓3/4 杯

Steps to make 完美蔓越莓巧克力软曲奇

  • 1.黄油软化打发后,加入白糖和红糖混合搅拌至打发
  • 2.加入鸡蛋和香草精, 高速搅拌至均匀
  • 3.面粉过筛, 和玉米粉,小苏打,盐混合均匀后加入到2中, 再用胶铲搅拌成均匀的面糊
  • 4.将白巧克力和牛奶巧克力切好,也可直接用巧克力豆
  • 5.在面糊中均匀的拌入巧克力和蔓越莓后,用保鲜膜覆盖并置入冰箱冷藏至少2小时
  • 6.取出面糊,室温下回温10分钟,烤箱预热176摄氏度,每次舀出一茶勺的量搓成小圆球放置在烤盘上
  • 7.176摄氏度烘烤8到10分钟, 烤好的曲奇会呈现成彭彭的半球形。用勺子轻轻的趁热将曲奇压扁,随后转移到架子上冷却即可
  • 8.刚出炉的曲奇会很软,冷却后的曲奇外部酥脆内部很有嚼劲的口感,曲奇可密封保存1个星期左右
