  • 淡奶油15克
  • 低粉80克
  • 奶粉10克
  • 玉米淀粉20克

  • 1.将充分软化的黄油中加入细砂糖和糖粉,用刮刀不停的搅拌至糖完全融化至黄油用打蛋器将黄油打发至膨松状
  • 2.将蛋黄1枚分次加入黄油,用电动打蛋器搅打至膨松状。
  • 3.分次将淡奶油倒入,用电动打蛋器搅打与黄油融合在一起。
  • 4.低粉、玉米淀粉、奶粉过筛入打发的黄油中,用刮刀将面粉和黄油搅拌充分。
  • 5.将面糊装入裱花袋,用中号菊花嘴,将面粉裱花袋挤出花样在蛋糕纸上。
  • 6.烤箱预热185度,中层,上下火烤大约15分钟,将烤盘放入上层,表面上色即可关火。
