    Steps to make 芝麻酱烧饼

    • 1.干酵母温水融化,倒入面粉中,揉成光滑面团,温暖处发酵
    • 2.芝麻酱加香油,椒盐,拌匀
    • 3.取出面团,重新揉光滑
    • 4.擀成圆形的大薄片
    • 5.将芝麻酱均匀地涂抹在面片上
    • 6.将面片从一头卷起,尽量卷紧
    • 7.切成小段
    • 8.将小段的两头先捏合,防止麻酱溢出,再将两头同时向下翻转,捏紧
    • 9.整圆,压扁
    • 10.刷上薄薄的一层芝麻酱
    • 11.沾满白芝麻,压紧
    • 12.饼铛烙制3~4分钟,烤箱180度,20分钟左右
