美味下饭菜【牛肉咖喱锅】
咖喱饭其实非常好做,自己在家准备好材料,炖上一大锅牛肉咖喱,再烧些白米饭,简单又方便,味道绝不逊色于饭店餐厅。在寒冷的冬天吃上一碗香香浓浓,热热乎乎的牛肉咖喱饭,不要太惬意哦~

  • 牛肉500g
  • 土豆2个
  • 胡萝卜2根
  • 洋葱半个
  • 咖喱块100g
  • 椰浆粉2汤匙
  • 两根
  • 4片
  • 料酒1汤匙

Steps to make 美味下饭菜【牛肉咖喱锅】

  • 1.牛肉洗净,切块。
  • 2.放入冷水锅中,加料酒和葱、姜。
  • 3.汆烫去掉血沫,盛起。
  • 4.用温水洗净控水;高压锅里加适量清水,炖二十分钟左右。
  • 5.牛肉盛出来,汤留下备用。
  • 6.土豆洗净去皮,切成滚刀块。
  • 7.洋葱切成小块。
  • 8.胡萝卜切成滚刀块。
  • 9.炒锅烧热放油。
  • 10.放入洋葱炒出香味。
  • 11.倒入牛肉翻炒。
  • 12.再下胡萝卜、土豆块翻炒片刻。
  • 13.加入牛肉汤,汤不够就加清水,刚刚没过食材即可。
  • 14.大火烧开后加入咖喱块,搅拌至融化。
  • 15.椰浆粉加清水调开,加入锅中。
  • 16.调中火慢炖。
  • 17.等待土豆、胡萝卜和牛肉软烂后,加适量食盐,将汤汁收到浓稠,最好在不粘锅中进行,并随时搅拌防止粘底。
  • 18.提前蒸好米饭,把煮好的咖喱牛肉直接浇在米饭上就可以吃啦。
