百香果布丁

Steps to make 百香果布丁

  • 1. 百香果切去顶部,用小勺挖出果肉。
  • 2. 过滤出15克的百香果汁。
  • 3.在准备好的百香果汁中打入一个鸡蛋。
  • 4.加入白糖。
  • 5.充分搅打均匀后,加入牛奶搅拌均匀。
  • 6. 过滤出细腻的布丁液,布丁液过滤后,蒸出来的布丁口感更好,可以多过滤几次,这样才够细腻。
  • 7. 过滤好的布丁液,倒入烤碗中。
  • 8.将烤碗放入装有三分之一水的烤盘中。(这种方法叫做水浴法,这样可以避免布丁烘烤过程出现蜂窝状,烘烤出来的布丁会更嫩滑)。烤箱调至上下火160度,40分钟,记得提前预热十分钟。
  • 9.烤好后取出,再放上点百香果果肉。
