    Steps to make 上汤豌豆苗

    • 1.主料:豌豆苗辅料:猪里脊、皮蛋调味:蒜姜、高汤、盐适量、水淀粉。
    • 2.豌豆苗洗净、皮蛋去壳切丁、猪里脊切碎丁。
    • 3.里脊丁放入少许盐、胡椒粉、水淀粉搅拌均匀备用。
    • 4.锅置火上少许油烧热,爆香姜蒜末。
    • 5.下入皮蛋丁翻炒均匀。
    • 6.倒入适量高汤,转中火熬煮。
    • 7.待汤汁烧开,放入豌豆苗、里脊肉丁、适量盐、鸡粉。
