Steps to make 减脂芹菜拌花生

  • 1.花生米洗去浮尘,加一大碗水放电饭锅中煮1小时。
  • 2.胡萝卜去皮,四角各切一个三角形凹槽,切面就成四瓣小花的形状了。
  • 3.切约2MM厚的片。
  • 4.西芹的茎用刨皮刀刨去表皮的粗纤维,斜刀切成约2.5CM长的段。
  • 5.锅中加能淹没芹菜段的水,加少许盐和油,目的保持食材的颜色,加盖煮开。
  • 6.分别下芹菜段和胡萝卜片焯熟捞起,如能过一下凉水更好。
  • 7.把煮好的花生米也捞起放入芹菜、胡萝卜碗中,加约2大勺的CUCU油醋汁拌匀。
