冬天最常见的水果就是苹果和橙子,用小巧的破壁机煮一壶暖暖的粒粒橙苹果茶,补充满满的维C和粗纤维,补水又解腻,喝一口便从头暖到脚。

Steps to make 粒粒橙苹果茶

  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.苹果洗净去核切小块,橙子去皮去掉橙肉中的白色筋膜,柠檬洗净切片。
  • 3.把所有橙肉、一半苹果丁、柠檬、冰糖放入破壁机中,加入清水。
  • 4.选用花茶功能开始煮,加水超过上水位线一半的位置,煮开后不会溢出,但是一定不要加满。
  • 5.煮好后开盖,用筷子搅几下,橙肉就完全散开,再放入余下的苹果丁,倒入杯中开喝,看到破壁机中真的是粒粒橙了。
  • 6.酸甜口感的粒粒橙苹果茶太好喝了,来一块凤梨酥,美好的下午茶开始了。
