玉米粑粑
秋天正是玉米成熟的季节,很多人都喜爱吃玉米,玉米口感好营养价值也高。玉米含有胡萝卜素和核黄素,对维持视力健康有好处。甜玉米水分多,含维生素C,还含有可溶性糖,玉米富含膳食纤维,能促进肠蠕动,减少人体对毒素的吸收。其镁、钙和胡萝卜素等营养物质的含量也比一般谷物高,有防治高血压和清除自由基的功效,对延缓衰老十分有益。这个玉米粑粑,主要材料是甜玉米和面粉,只用到一双筷子搅拌,用玉米外皮包裹着,蒸熟即可。吃起来用玉米的香甜,是一款营养早餐。

  • 中筋面粉130g
  • 细砂糖10g
  • 酵母2g
  • 温水30g
  • 清水75g

Steps to make 玉米粑粑

  • 1.玉米外皮剪头剪尾,修剪好备用
  • 2.用刀将玉米粒剔下来
  • 3.酵母溶于30克温水里
  • 4.将88克玉米粒和75克清水放进搅拌机里
  • 5.打成玉米浆
  • 6.将玉米浆放进盆里,加入细砂糖,拌匀,使糖溶解。再将酵母液倒入,拌匀
  • 7.将面粉倒入,面粉量依浓稠度调节
  • 8.用筷子拌成如图状态
  • 9.倒入剩余的玉米粒
  • 10.拌匀,盖上保鲜膜,室温下静置40分钟
  • 11.静置好的面糊发酵有两倍大
  • 12.用大汤匙将面糊勺在玉米外皮1/2处,大概50克一份,总共做了7个
  • 13.折叠好,放入蒸锅里
  • 14.冷水上锅蒸,水烧开后,转中火蒸15分钟
  • 15.香甜的玉米粑粑
