麦冬雪梨瘦肉汤

雪梨润肺化痰、止咳清润; 麦冬具有比较好的生津润肺、化痰止咳的功效。因为它比较滋润,我们冬天用麦冬煲汤对于防止肺燥是非常有效果的。用雪梨煲汤,每次加一点点北杏是比较好的方法,令这个汤更加清润,而且男女老少都适宜。

Steps to make 麦冬雪梨瘦肉汤

  • 1.备好材料
  • 2.瘦肉切片焯一下水
  • 3.北杏、蜜枣、麦冬洗净
  • 4.雪梨去皮去芯切块
  • 5.瘦肉姜片麦冬北杏蜜枣下锅加清水约1500ml, 烧开后撇去浮沫
  • 6.加入雪梨一起,再烧开后转小火煲1个小时
  • 7.喝时加盐调味~
