Steps to make 瑶柱瘦肉粥

  • 1.备好食材:如图,瑶柱洗净用料酒浸泡十分钟后,加入适量清水浸泡放冰箱过夜备用,瘦肉切成末,香葱切成小碎丁备用,大米洗净浸泡一小时备用。
  • 2.砂锅内加入适量纯净水烧开,放入泡好的大米搅拌开来,水开后转中小火慢煮廿分钟,期间看火防溢出来。
  • 3.瑶柱捏碎备用。
  • 4.煮十五分钟后,大米开花状时,放入肉末及瑶柱继续煮十分钟。
  • 5.煮至粥香浓稠时,放入葱花碎,加入适量稻米油,盐及胡椒粉,少许鸡精调味搅拌均匀防粘锅。
