烧烤味花卷(一次发酵)
本款花卷采用一次发酵,卷入烧烤料,风味别致,将制作好的生胚放入方形烤盘里蒸制,成品呈方形,立体美观,养眼又养胃。

Steps to make 烧烤味花卷(一次发酵)

  • 1.酵母用温水化开,与面粉混合,揉成光滑的面团。
  • 2.不用发酵,直接将面团擀成大长片,刷一层植物油,撒上烧烤料、盐,抹匀。
  • 3.卷起,切成小段儿。
  • 4.将两段摞在一起,中间用筷子压到底。
  • 5.将左右两边往下对折收拢。
  • 6.放入方形烤盘(或直接放入蒸屉),发酵至二倍大。
  • 7.大火将水烧开,中火蒸35分钟(花卷个大,蒸制时间长些),关火,焖3-5分钟后再揭开锅盖。
  • 8.立体美观,层次分明。
