Steps to make 酸甜开胃---梅子酱蒸排骨

  • 1.猪仔排洗净,斩小段。
  • 2.用清水浸泡1小时,中间换水3-4次。
  • 3.香葱洗净切碎末、蒜去皮切碎粒、红辣椒切小圈,姜略拍几下。
  • 4.排骨沥干放入容器中,调入蚝油、梅子酱、盐、砂糖,用手抓至均匀。
  • 5.加入辅料拌至均匀,装入保鲜袋中密封入冰箱冷藏2小时以上。
  • 6.排骨取出上碟,入沸水锅中旺火蒸15分钟即可。
