火山土豆泥
土豆中的淀粉是一种抗性淀粉,且比大米有更多的膳食纤维,消化吸收比较慢,在整个肠道中慢慢运转,能增加饱腹感,并帮助带走一些油脂和垃圾。为了迎合女儿的重口味,特意选了这款火山土豆泥,把猪肉泥入油锅煸香,加入郫县豆瓣酱炒出红油后调味加水煮沸,淋到提前煮熟压好的土豆泥上,好看好吃又饱腹,我家女儿边吃边点赞,一个人吃掉了半座火山呢!

  • 猪肉泥60克
  • 调和油少许
  • 郫县豆瓣酱1勺

  • 生抽1勺
  • 蚝油1勺
  • 黑胡椒粉少许
  • 鸡粉少许
  • 淀粉半勺
  • 葱花少许

Steps to make 火山土豆泥

  • 1.土豆洗净削去外皮,放入电饭煲的蒸架上蒸熟。
  • 2.取出蒸熟的土豆放入保鲜袋里,用擀面杖压成土豆泥状。
  • 3.把压碎的土豆泥放入盆中,加一点点盐、黑胡椒碎拌匀。
  • 4.把调好味的土豆泥堆放在盘中,四周用叉子拉出。
  • 5.调碗汁:取一个小碗,放入盐、砂糖、生抽、蚝油、黑胡椒粉、鸡粉、淀粉和少许清水拌匀。
  • 6.锅中加入少许调和油,放入猪肉泥煸炒均匀。
  • 7.炒至肉末变色后加入一勺郫县豆瓣酱。
  • 8.再次翻炒均匀,接着倒入之前调好的碗汁。
  • 9.煮至汁水变黏稠,出锅前淋上少许香油。
  • 10.把肉末带汁水一起浇在准备好的土豆泥火山上,再撒上少许葱花即可。
