Steps to make 水信玄饼

  • 1.盐渍樱花提前几个小时泡开。
  • 2.白凉粉+白砂糖+冷水冲开,开小火边搅拌至沸腾后关火后静置三分种。
  • 3.静置完毕的液体倒入模具一半,放入泡好了的樱花和洗净草莓。
  • 4.把模具扣好。将剩下余液体用小漏斗倒进模具,将剩下的一半填到八九分满。
  • 5.冰箱冷藏一小时后,取出打开模具盖将水信玄饼脱模。
  • 6.水信玄饼蘸料制作。在小锅内倒入清水,红糖,熬煮成糖浆。
  • 7.撒上黄豆粉,淋上糖浆即可。
  • 8.成品图。
