  • 1.准备好食材。
  • 2.莲子百合提前浸泡二个小时。
  • 3.点炖锅中加适量清水,下入百合莲子,按高火键开始煮制,开锅后炖40分钟,电炖锅比较慢,其它锅可减少时间。
  • 4.小米提前浸泡二十分钟。
  • 5.百合莲子炖煮40分钟后下入小米。
  • 6.下入红枣再继续炖煮二十分钟。
  • 7.这时小米粥已经浓稠,下入一块老红糖搅化开,再煮五分钟就可以吃啦。
  • 8.小米粥丝滑,百合莲子软糯,枣香浓郁。
