  • 1.自己家里煮的卤肉
  • 2.红粳米、大米、糯米洗净
  • 3.放入电饭煲里煮,我用了糙米功能
  • 4.时间到,杂粮米饭煮好
  • 5.准备好的主要食材
  • 6.黄瓜切成长薄条
  • 7.底下铺上保鲜膜,铺上适量杂粮米饭
  • 8.加点卤肉
  • 9.上面再铺点米饭
  • 10.用保鲜膜包起来,扭紧即可
  • 11.中间用黄瓜条装饰一下,也可以用海苔
