川贝雪梨炖雪耳
天气变化,很容易就感冒咳嗽了,炖个汤辅疗润一下。
上次炖个川贝,居然被人说在炫富,川贝不算贵吧,又不是天天吃,一年也就吃两三次,咱普通老百姓还是吃得起的。还有我每次炖汤都是一大锅,一家人吃两天,所以份量不会多。这汤是辅疗的,不是药,没咳嗽也是可以喝的,预防嘛,哈哈。。。怕中毒的,建议就不要做了。*

  • 雪耳(小)1朵
  • 陈皮2片
  • 川贝20g
  • 北杏10g
  • 10-12碗

Steps to make 川贝雪梨炖雪耳

  • 1.雪耳泡发,撕小块。
  • 2.川贝泡洗一下,我一般泡30分钟,怕有防腐剂什么的。
  • 3.北杏也泡30分钟。(家里没有南杏了,所以没放。)
  • 4.雪梨去皮去核,切小块。随便切的。
  • 5.陈皮用热水泡软。
  • 6.用小刀刮去白膜。
  • 7.把所有材料放入炖盅,倒入开水,放入大汤锅里,汤锅的里放到炖盅一半多点。
  • 8.盖上炖盅的两个盖子。
  • 9.盖上汤锅的盖子,大火烧开,转小火炖3小时。(如果明火煲的话,煲1.5-2小时。)
  • 10.汤炖好了。
  • 11.润肺止咳化痰。
