牛油果火腿寿司——两种卷法两样花色
炸酱面、凉面、冷面,这个暑天,面面吃得差不多了吧。换个米类冷食——寿司。
牛油果、火腿都是现成的,做起来也没有那么复杂。

Steps to make 牛油果火腿寿司——两种卷法两样花色

  • 1.电饭煲蒸米饭
  • 2.盛出晾凉
  • 3.用盐、白糖、白醋自制寿司汁,白醋和糖的比例约3:1,拌入
  • 4.因为要做另一种花样的寿司,所以买的方片火腿
  • 5.火腿片切成条状。
  • 6.牛油果去皮去核,切条。
  • 7.寿司帘上先铺保鲜膜,再放上紫菜片
  • 8.然后铺一层米饭
  • 9.在一边码上牛油果和火腿条
  • 10.两手将卷帘从下往上边卷边提起
  • 11.直至卷到另一边
  • 12.大米的粘性挺足的,又有紫菜的帮衬,比蛋糕卷容易多了
  • 13.全部卷好后,直接切就可以
  • 14.我用的就是普通的刀,每切一下刀口蘸一点点清水
  • 15.横断面还不错吧
  • 16.这次做的寿司还尝试了另一种“布局”,即把火腿片铺满米饭
  • 17.在一边码上牛油果
  • 18.卷起
  • 19.切开
  • 20.横切面的花色倒是很不一样,只是火腿相对粘粘的米饭来说,太过平滑,显得和“邻居”不够“亲密”。
  • 21.两样花色同框。
