    Steps to make 豆角焖面家常做法

    • 1.准备好食材,根据家里人的量,我家四个人面条买的鲜面条,也可自己擀面条,面条买回来后斗散开,加点食用油做出来口感好点。不加也可以,我是加了点油,家里没有胡萝卜,所以没加。
    • 2.热锅凉油,放葱姜蒜八角花椒粒炒香。
    • 3.放入肉炒变色后,加入料酒,老抽,生抽,白糖,盐调味。
    • 4.加入豆角,炒一分钟,加入生抽,蚝油,十三香,花椒粉,老抽上色,炒一分钟后加入清水。
    • 5.水稍微多点,烧开后,把汤汁盛出来一碗备用,尝下汤汁没有盐可以加点盐。
    • 6.汤和菜一样平就可以,放一双筷子。
    • 7.铺上面条,长面条要扯短点,不要让面条挨着锅边,然后再浇上刚才盛出来的汤汁在面条上,盖盖子大火烧开转小火烧10分钟或者八分钟,中途看着点不要把水烧干了,如果觉得水烧快没了可以加点刚才盛出来的汤把面条稍微动动。
    • 8.这是时间到了的样子,边上还有汤汁,然后把面条轻轻散一下,最后用锅炒把下面的菜拌均匀。
    • 9.这是搅拌开的面条,因为老抽放少了,没上色,也没有胡萝卜,成品不是很好看。
    • 10.不过我喜欢吃辣椒,加了辣椒油就看起来好多了,不过吃起来真好吃,我吃了两盘,面条因为加了点油吃起来不粘,劲道的很。
