豆沙包(自制红豆馅)

Steps to make 豆沙包(自制红豆馅)

  • 1.红豆洗净用清水浸泡一夜,第二天取泡好的红豆,加清水小火煮到软且水收干,用小勺子捣碎,加少许白糖,拌匀,放凉就可以了。(提前浸泡红豆可以减少煮的时间,使红豆煮软的同时还能保留颗粒感。)做好的红豆馅,备用,如图所示。
  • 2.面粉中加酵母和水,搅拌成絮状,醒发两倍大,揉成光滑面团,搓成长条状,切成大小均匀的剂子,取一个面团,揉圆压饼,擀成大些的面饼,(和做包子面饼大小差不多),四周薄,中间略厚。
  • 3.包入豆沙馅。
  • 4.已包好。
  • 5.冷水上笼,大火烧开转中火蒸15分钟,关火焖五分钟。
  • 6.蒸好的豆沙包。
  • 7.成品图。
  • 8.掰开,颜值不错。
  • 9.好吃,咬一口,满满的豆沙,夹着少许的红豆颗粒,好满足!
