和风煎年糕
日式年糕虽然甜咸皆可,不过我更喜欢咸鲜味的,家里没有味增等日式调料,做了适当的修改味道也很不错哦

  • 日式年糕若干块
  • 老抽一勺
  • 蜂蜜半勺
  • 木鱼花一把
  • 凉水3勺
  • 黄酒一勺
  • 生抽一勺

Steps to make 和风煎年糕

  • 1.在煮锅中加入生抽、老抽、黄酒、蜂蜜和凉水,搅拌均匀
  • 2.然后加入木鱼花,大火煮开后,改中火把酱汁熬制到原来液体量的一半(因为加了木鱼花,液面看起来比较麻烦,一定要时刻注意,防止液体烧干)
  • 3.把煮好的酱汁用筛子过滤,备用
  • 4.不粘锅烧热后,淋上少量食用油
  • 5.加入年糕,中火煎制约5分钟左右,外皮金黄焦脆
  • 6.用刷子,把酱汁涂抹到年糕上,然后包上即食海苔片即可
