可可粉的上色效果一向很好,烘烤时散发出的巧克力味道仿佛可以治愈一切颓丧。。。。
不用打发黄油的做法永远都是首选。当那个巧克力色的面团渐渐在手中形成的时候,所有关于灰色系面包带来的无奈也开始渐渐散去。巧克力的香味随着一个个小球球飘散开来,空气中弥漫着一股甜香。
增加了糖粉的可可酥球吃起来不会太苦,而表面的糖粉更是增加了一分甜味。

  • 1.面团:黄油45克,中筋粉50克,可可粉10克,糖粉40克,蛋黄半个,玉米淀粉30克。装饰:糖粉适量
  • 2.黄油软化,加入糖粉搅拌均匀。
  • 3.加入蛋黄,搅拌均匀。
  • 4.面粉,淀粉,可可粉混合,筛入黄油中,
  • 5.拌成均匀面团。
  • 6.搓成长条,切成约8克/个。
  • 7.搓圆,
  • 8.摆入烤盘,
  • 9.放入烤箱,中层,上下火150度,烤约20分钟左右。
  • 10.出炉,晾凉,
  • 11.表面筛上糖粉。
