传统玉米面窝窝头
大多数人蒸窝窝头喜欢掺白面,再放酵母粉发酵,那就失去了窝窝头的传统美味。真正的窝窝头是不掺白面,也无需发面,放凉了像石头一样。

Steps to make 传统玉米面窝窝头

  • 1.将300g玉米面放入盆中,加入300克开水快速搅拌均匀。
  • 2.水量只是个约数,酌情添加,搅成絮状。
  • 3.放入盐、小苏打、黄萝卜丁、青菜碎。胡萝卜更好看,没有了只好放点黄萝卜。
  • 4.再次搅拌均匀。
  • 5.捏成窝头状。(我用的窝头模具)
  • 6.开锅蒸20分钟,焖3分钟。
  • 7.成品。
