日式厚蛋烧

Steps to make 日式厚蛋烧

  • 1.鸡蛋打入碗中,加入切碎的小香葱末,以及火腿丁
  • 2.用手动打蛋器打匀
  • 3.平底锅烧热改中小火,用硅胶刷刷薄薄一层玉米油之类植物油。
  • 4.倒入一半的蛋液,迅速转动锅使蛋液摊平
  • 5.利用刮刀将刚凝固的蛋饼卷起
  • 6.将剩余蛋液倒入锅中做出另一张蛋饼,即将凝固时将第一张卷好的蛋饼放在锅中继续卷起来
  • 7.卷好后用快刀切成段即可。
  • 8.配上番茄酱味道更美
