糯米枣
糯米枣,香甜软糯,非常的好吃。其实这个小点心,还可以叫“开口笑”、“心里软”,非常形象的名字。

        家里没有桂花糖了,淋了点芝麻糖。其实做糯米枣,最好用个大,肉多,味甜的枣。新疆若羌精品级红枣,果实饱满,肉厚细腻,皮薄核小,甘甜醇香,细致爽口,肉软甜糯。非常适合做这道小甜品。

    Steps to make 糯米枣

    • 1.原料备用。
    • 2.红枣稍泡,洗净。
    • 3.用小刀一刀切到内核处。
    • 4.用滚刀,贴着枣核切,去核。(注意中间不要切成两半,切好后,还是一个整个的枣子。)
    • 5.枣子全部去核后,备用。
    • 6.糯米粉,加入适量的热水和成均匀的面团。
    • 7.糯米面团撮成筷子粗细的细长条。
    • 8.用刀切成小剂子,长度和红枣的长度相同。
    • 9.把糯米小剂子塞入红枣内,捏和好。
    • 10.做好的糯米枣备用。
    • 11.放入蒸笼内,糯米开口处朝上,防止蒸好后粘在蒸笼上。
    • 12.水开后,蒸十分钟左右。
    • 13.蒸好的糯米枣放入盘内。
    • 14.淋上芝麻糖(桂花糖)即可。
