芝麻苏打饼干

Steps to make 芝麻苏打饼干

  • 1.芝麻用平底锅炒至半熟,
  • 2.牛奶用微波炉中低火叮15秒,
  • 3.加入酵母粉搅拌均匀,静置5分钟,
  • 4.然后筛入低筋面粉、盐和小苏打,加入油,
  • 5.用筷子搅拌成无干粉状,倒入熟芝麻,
  • 6.用手揉成团,饧发30分钟,
  • 7.将饧好的面团,擀成薄片,用叉子均匀的扎满眼,
  • 8.用模具刻出想要的形状,边角料再揉成团,也如此操作,
  • 9.将饼干坯码入烤盘,
  • 10.入烤箱,180℃,中层,上下火,烤10分钟,将烤好的饼干放烤架上,晾凉即可食用。
