    • 1.1.鳗鱼去掉内脏,洗净。
    • 2.2.从中间切开,去掉鱼骨,斜切两刀。
    • 3.3.用上述调料腌制半小时左右。
    • 4.4.锅烧热,生姜擦锅,不容易粘锅。
    • 5.5.加少许底油,先煎鱼肉的一面, 因为鱼皮容易粘锅。
    • 6.6.两面前熟,淋少许蜂蜜,增加口感。
